Crohn's Disease, a chronic disease of the digestive system traditional presented itself in a person's early 20's. Not anymore. This disease has made its way to children. I have an adult son who was diagnosed at the age of 14 and a daughter diagnosed at 9. This is our journey as we work through medical treatment plans, parenting a children with a chronic disease and the impact on the family dynamics.
